Return Policy
If a Patron desires to request a refund, the Patron MUST request the refund from the Event Host. If the Event Host desires to fulfil the request, the Event Host can utilize the Services or contact Helloticketz to process the refund. We will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing and service fees) using the same payment method used for purchase or any other if the original method proves unsuccessful. Helloticketz has no responsibility to provide individual refunds which have not been authorized by the Event Host in accordance with this provision. In addition, Helloticketz will NOT issue any refund to a Patron unless and until enough funds for the refund have been received from the Event Host.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted at the discretion of both the Event Host and Helloticketz.com. For an exchange, any difference in value must be paid/refunded before the exchange is executed.
